In a night of celebration and recognition, the Ghana Football Awards honored the outstanding achievements of Ghanaian footballers, coaches, and clubs. The prestigious event saw Mohammed Kudus, the West Ham United star, emerge as the Footballer of the Year for the second consecutive time.

Kudus's impressive performances for both club and country earned him the top honor, solidifying his position as one of Ghana's most talented players. The awards ceremony also recognized other outstanding individuals and teams in Ghanaian football. Jennifer Kankam Yeboaug, who plays for ZED FC in Egypt, was named Women's Footballer of the Year, while Nurudeen Amadu and Yussif Basigi took home the Men's and Women's Coach of the Year awards, respectively.


Other notable winners included Abdul Aziz Issah, who received the Odartey Lamptey Future Star Award, and Kofi Baah, who was named Goalkeeper of the Year. Emmanuel Keyekeh and Abdulai Mukarama were honored as the Home-based Footballer of the Year (Male and Female), respectively.

The night also saw FC Samartex emerge as the Male Team of the Year, while Hasaacas Ladies took home the Female Team of the Year award. Dreams FC was recognized as the Most Vibrant Club on Social Media, and the Casfordians were named Special Fans of the Year.


In addition to the competitive awards, the Ghana Football Awards also honored Nanasam Brew Butler and Adjoa Bayor with the Living Legend Award, acknowledging their contributions to Ghanaian football. Gold Fields and MTN Ghana received the Thumbs Up Award for their support of the sport.
