Goaso Traditional Council Bans Val's Day Celebration In The Area

 

An official ban has been placed on the celebration of Val’s Day in Goaso in the Ahafo region.

Ahead of the one-week observation of the late Paramount Chief of the Goaso traditional area, the Traditional Council has banned all activities with regards to Valentine's Day celebrations in the area.

The late Paramount Chief Nana Kwasi Bosomprah, one week of observation will take place during the Valentine period. This has led to the urgent ban of the celebration within the traditional area by the Goaso traditional council.

“If you wish to celebrate Valentine’s, celebrate it in your room; anyone found capable of or flawed in the directives will be dealt with accordingly. We are saddened; others can't be in pain while others will be celebrating Valentine's Day parties."
